Drawn Out: From Bondage to Freedom

If you want to know about the Greeks, then read Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey. If you want to know about the Romans, then read Virgil’s Aeneid. And if you want to know about Israel—and more particularly Israel’s God—then read the Five Books of Moses. Exodus is the story of our God, the Father of Jesus Christ, who passionately loves his people and does for us what they cannot do for ourselves—actively drawing us out of a life of bondage, oppression, and sin into a life of freedom, joy, and new life. We hope Exodus will help you will see your story as part of God’s larger story of salvation.
