Britt Arciniega
Youth Director
Britt began serving at Christ Church in 2025 as the Co-Youth Director alongside her husband, Matt. Together, they create space for the church’s youth to experience God’s love, share openly about life, build meaningful community, and grow equipped to serve together. Britt grew up in Sydney, Australia, where she participated in—and later helped lead—a transformative youth ministry. She earned a BA in English from the University of New South Wales in 2017 before becoming involved in international ministry. Britt spent formative time traveling and serving in Thailand, Mexico, and the United States, working with missions that reached young artists, travelers, and the poor. Since 2020, Britt and Matt have lived in the East Bay, where she has enjoyed the experience of living abroad.
