Worship Arts Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time)
The Worship Arts Coordinator plays a vital role in leading the Christ Church family into the presence of God as we gather for corporate worship. This role oversees key elements of our worship gatherings under the direction and leadership of the pastors.
Christ Church’s worship style can be described as “ancient-future,” blending the richness of Christian tradition with meaningful modern expressions. Through the ministry of music, exemplary character, and intentional relationships, the Worship Arts Coordinator cultivates a culture of worship in which both the gathered body and individual members encounter the beauty, majesty, and worth of Jesus Christ. In doing so, the Coordinator helps the church offer Spirit-filled, Spirit-led praise and adoration to our heavenly Father; make and renew commitments to Christ and His kingdom; respond to God’s gracious initiative by serving others; and embody a community marked by reconciliation, care, and joyful unity.

The Communications Coordinator is a key role responsible for shaping, implementing, and overseeing the communication strategy and output of the church — both for internal audiences (members, volunteers, staff) and external audiences (visitors and community). The Communications Coordinator ensures that every message — from a social post to a Sunday announcement — reflects who we are as a church, our vision, values, and mission in a clear, consistent, engaging, and Christ-centered way. By managing communication channels, supporting A/V excellence, and telling the stories of God’s work, this role strengthens engagement, clarity, outreach, and discipleship across the entire church.
