Matt Arciniega
Youth Director
Matt is an East Bay native who attended El Cerrito High School, where he founded the PBinJ Club (People Believing in Jesus). He graduated from Columbia University in 2014 and went on to work as a teacher, education policy consultant, and missionary in a variety of settings, including Mexico City and Los Angeles. After marrying his wife, Britt, in 2020 the two spent several years moving between the United States and Australia before settling back in the Bay Area in 2023. Matt began serving as Youth Director at Christ Church in Fall 2025 and is grateful to be back among the good food, cafés, and people of the East Bay.
